Not even worth a star...worst job ive ever seen! Guy came into my home with bags under his eyes the size of suitcases couldnt focus...looked like he was high on cocaine! Didnt do the job he came to do! Was so speratic everytime i looked up he was doing something non related to the job! Id give his performance as low as i can!

Let me start by saying before allowing them to touch my equipment to work on, they said they were confident it would be covered under warranty and they would just bill the manufacturer ( they have no contract with the manufacturer come to find out) They actually made my table worse and caused a clog in the hose rather than fixing it— and still charged me for their “service” and the parts they used which they actually ended up keeping. They actually charged for coming back to remove the parts they kept, and then Supposedly that was my “discount” when I shouldn’t have been charged for that to begin with. Never again. I hired hott refrigeration repair to install my ice maker,Stephan came out to trouble shoot my ice maker that was not making ice,i don't know what he did but he got it working right away the ice maker made one cycle of ice then dropped it to the bin,he told me everything was good and that the machine will just continue to make ice,so I payed him and he left after he left the ice maker never completed another cycle so I called him back right away to let him know then he said he will do some research and get back to me but never did after a whole week i reached out to him and now he wants to throw two parts at the ice maker and he is not even sure that that would fix the problem plus the cost of extra labor,hott is not a real Macanic that can trouble shoot problems,he is the type of person that like to guess and throw parts at something without guarantee that the Machine will work and then take your money,he also likes to play that open wallet game and i am not down with that,please take your money eles where and check reviews before hiring someone that was my mistake. Also if your doing remodel work at your home do not call this company,they will report you to the city and try to shut your projects down as he tried to do to me,it was a good thing that I have all my projects in order so he was not able to shut me down but just shows you just how much of a cut throat this guy is.
