5 stars for quality, courtesy and communication. Rival home services cleaned our dryer vents and we couldn’t be more thankful! We had no idea it was such a fire risk to not have your dryer vents cleaned out routinely.

It’s amazing to see the buildup inside of the vents as well as the before and after photos. (See attached)

We had a new baby just a couple weeks prior and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that the noise of the job would not disturb the newborn, which we greatly appreciated.

He came out and quoted me right away and then got to work within a week. I had multiple quotes from many other Visalia companies including Lowe’s and Visalia Flooring was the most reasonable. There was some back end expense, but if you’re having carpet replaced that is to be expected. I definitely recommended them to anyone needing flooring and will use them again in the future.“
