Elite Restoration by Villegas was very supportive and flexible in meeting my needs to provide an open trailer and haul away debris. Equipment provided was perfect for the job. Their service was professional, convenient, timely, and competitively priced. Thank you Felipe and Sophia!
Felipe and his team do amazing work. There were more than a few times that communication was flawed, but Felipe explained and broke down more than what he even had to so I can understand why things were hectic for him and his team. They took over for Service Masters, who completely abandoned our contract, and worked effortlessly to give me and amazing final product. Clean up was done by service masters. But the end result was beautifully done by Felipe and his team. Carpet looks amazing as well. Hopefully no major accidents happen again, but if some major string of bad luck happens, Felipe will be the first I contact.
