Shawn has cleaned our carpet 4 or 5 times Our carpet which is a light color. Berber low pile. Hard to get clean,add to that we have cat that throws up often 6thon the carpet. This last time he really got it clean! Sold us some spot cleaner than doesn't leave a ugly looking residue. We thought our carpet was beyond help . It looks great now. Thank you Shawn
