“I found Danny when I was looking to lose weight for my upcoming wedding. With his help, I was able to lose over 30 lbs and was the goal weight for my wedding! I've decided to keep working with him for over 2 years now! Danny is great and makes working out tolerable. “If you’re serious about progress- Mike is your guy!!! I’m 5-3” and what you call “skinny fat” and never felt the need to take my physique seriously. So finally I made the decision and I did it for my health. And let me tell you, he is helping me to hit all my goals and I’m only 1.5 months in and already see MAJOR progress. He’ll push you just enough during the sessions with the goal of always increasing your strength. I have never been on a diet of any kind, let alone a calorie deficit diet counting macros, but he has made it so easy for me to understand the concept. And it’s truly become a lifestyle at this point. I’ve learned SO much so far from health and nutrition to proper form and technique. “I've been training with Dominic since the beginning of June. I started my fitness journey back in January but needed motivation to get in the gym and work out so I decided to sign up for personal training. My start weight was 187 back in June. Dominic is great to work with, he's very knowledgeable and gives great feedback and advice on food choices. He's very flexible and accommodating. During the workouts he will demonstrate proper form and help you correct your form to avoid injuries. He has an educational background on physiology so he's the best when it comes to seeking advice on stretching and workouts to target certain problem areas. Feedback on diet is always positive, they don't follow restrictive diets more so modifications to meet your calorie goals which is great! My current weight is 166, so In a span of 3 months I've manage to get towards my goal weight with Dominic's training. 10/10 would recommend training with Dominic!“

I started training with Zack back in January where we went over the basics along with focusing on my process when it comes to workouts and nutrition. He gives you feedback incrementally where it's easy to incorporate in your daily routine. I'm always on the go with my work where it's difficult to have consistent structure where training here has helped me learn how to develop a mindset to adapt to those changes along with establishing a system that best works for me. “I've been coming here for about 3 months and quite frankly this is the absolute best place I've been to in regard to healing my back pain and flexibility. I want to start off by saying that Jake and Erica are the absolute best people. They both take great care of their clients and show personal interest to each of us. Jake has taken the time to show me and teach me different stretching techniques and workout exercises to improve my flexibility and reduce my chronic back pain. Thanks to his and Erica's stretching techniques, along with using the spinal decompression machine (BEST MACHINE EVER!) I now don't have anymore back pain . For years I've been going to multiple chiropractors and therapist but this is the first time where I actually feel and see the results. Thank you Jake and Erica for your personal care and support. I met Dr. Taryn who listened to my complaints and she quickly knew what was needed in regards to my pain. An hour later I felt like a million bucks. Massage therapy n the cupping was what I needed. “I can't say enough about Antony and his entire staff. I brought my now 12 year-old in to start light weight training and cardio with Baseball in mind. My son has been going for 6 months now and his Athleticism, strength, speed and confidence has all skyrocketed. Improved Velo, quick hands through the zone and the list goes on.
