Donna has been so nice !! I’ve moved here from Riverside and the workers that have been there are rude, not welcoming and you can tell they hate their job !! But Donna is always a sweet helpful lady , if she’s not there I go to another store where my time is appreciated!!
I just left Walmart but I'm happily drive myself my cousin took me to get a few things I needed she needed a few things too so we went to the self checkout it says no more than 15 items she had 10 I had five lady would not let us go through because she thought everything was together we tried to explain to her that there's two separate orders there's no handicap parts available so I had to walk I wouldn't pass out and the lady at the check stand said you have to get out and go wait another line but yet too many items she didn't even ask if all these were mine or even any questions just just kind of Adam said he had to leave I will never go back to you again I do not recommend the store to anybody they've always been a problem and they never have handicap thoughts shame one of them for their behavior going to all disabled persons please be warned about Walmart and their behavior and the treatment was disabled people
Please do not get the membership for delivery! My orders are never 100% of what I order. Either something is forgotten, something is wrong with the product or they are out of stock. They will charge you for a bag even if there is only one thing in it. I'm constantly charged for more bags than what they send. This is wrong. Walmart is stealing from customers. How about a class action lawsuit for that thievery. The customer service reps are pretty useless! I was on the phone 27 minutes. They forgot my cream cheese and the packaged hot dogs were cut from a box cutter. So.... I have bagels with no cream cheese and hot dog buns with no hot dogs! This is ideal Walmart! After 32 minutes, I got a refund for the missing cream cheese and hot dog buns. I specifically told her the buns were fine. It's the hot dogs! She was working from home (1st rep). Yes, I dealt with 3 reps for hot dogs and missing cream cheese. This is my very last order. I'm completely done with Walmart!
