Urgent Care | Kaiser Permanente High Desert/Victorville Medical Offices 2

After waiting 3 hours for my son to be seen in urgent care I finally walked to the front desk and they told me they already called us. I told them we had never been called. I explained we had been sitting outside of the urgent care doors the whole time other then when they took my son’s vitals. After being seen, my son forgot something and we walked back to the room and the nurse was talking bad about us saying we were not in the waiting room and called us liars. We never got up and left one single time once in the waiting room. Unbelievable was turned around from urgent care at 5 PM because they had a two hour wait and they wouldn’t see me because that would be after hours receptionist told me to come back in the morning or go to the ER unbelievable Kaiser has changed so much ????????

Recently visited this medical office, it’s so dirty, from the seats to the elevator. I hope those weren’t blood stains in the lobby for urgent care. Smells like urine outside the building. People will cut you for a PARKING SPOT, no ethics. Definitely miss communication between the receptionist. The older receptionist that attended me was not knowledgeable, I had an appointment to get my daughter swabbed tested for a cold, the receptionist sent me to the urgent care receptionist, the young lady in urgent care sent me back to the receptionist to get checked in for my appointment. She informed me to let the receptionist know I was seeing a nurse with my appointment.... read full review
