I'm very glad to have a team like Sonic IT Systems on my side. Anytime I have a question it is quickly answered and in a professional manner. Communication is very nice phone calls emails to start then there are follow-up calls and emails on every trouble ticket submitted. Glad to be working with Sonic IT Systems.

Our office has service through Sonic and we never have problems regarding anything with the services they provide. I did however have a problem that was outside of our plan with Sonic. I called because I was unaware of what the problem actually was. Doug helped me QUICKLY resolve the problem. Not only was he fast and efficient but he was funny as well. Fixed the problem in record time and put us on a plan to prevent it from happening again! I cannot recommend them highly enough.!
