I purchased floors for my home. The manager Efrain was attentive to my needs only before the contract was signed. After that, he would not respond to my messages in a very unprofessional way. As if I was bothering him. The guys who came to put my floors in were nice, but had to come back several times to fix certain areas that were not done properly. The guy mentioned he would come back. But, he has not yet reached out to me. I sent him a message via text. His response was; I am really busy right now. I will contact you once I have time. This is unacceptable. William provided excellent customer service skills from beginning to end. He always responds in a timely manner and is professional. At first I had made an appointment with another worker from his company but that didnt go well. William, I thank you for your help and answering all my questions and concerns. I appreciate your time. You made my purchase and process stress free. Definitely will recommend you and your company to my family, friends and anyone in general. Also the installer we had knew how to do his job and made every cut perfect.

I stopped by this place yesterday to buy carpet for my home. I found something I really liked and made arrangements for someone to come and measure. I left my information and was supposed to receive a quote by the end of the day yesterday. No one ever called or showed up to measure. What a waste of my time.
