Pharmacy | Kaiser Permanente High Desert/Victorville Medical Offices

They need to add better Urgent Care hours since they failed to build an ER to service ALL of the High Desert and Barstow. 9am doesn't cut it, waits are long, lines for the pharmacy are long, it's almost beneficial to drive down the hill and get better faster service! But when you need Urgent Care; how safe is it to really drive 40 miles to Urgent Care... this is not patient centered care at it's finest! We need better services

I just moved to Apple Valley from San Diego and I picked up a prescription from there! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! I'm a 62 year member if Kaiser and you've always taken great care of me!

Kaiser has always been a great option when it comes to my family's health. I wish we did have a hospital and not have to drive down the hill. The high desert deserves a high quality hospital. One thing that has been bothering for months is the lack of appointments. That's why urgent care is the second best option.
