If I could give one-stop heating and air a zero, I would. Rafael went to my property to fix my heater On January 5, 2024. He was referred through my warranty company and I wished I had read all the bad reviews about his company prior. He told us that our heater was under warranty, he needed $550.00 dollars to switch the fan in the heater and he would refund us in a month. I called my warranty company to confirm this and they told me "to give him the money and that amount would be refunded to me." It is now July 7, 2024, and he has not refunded me my $550.00 and he is avoiding my phone calls. My warranty company has been in contact with him since March and he tells them that he will refund me, but he has not. He is even avoiding my phone calls. He has stolen $550.00 from me and he admitted to me that he has done this to other customers. EVERYONE, PLEASE BEWARE, RAFAEL IS A THIEF AND HIS COMPANY IS STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS THAT ARE PART OF A WARRANTY COMPANY. DO NOT USE HIS COMPANY AS THEY PRACTICE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! This was the company Old Republic hired to do our A/C install back in 2020. We were able to get the A/C installed with no issues. However, this year when we got all the heaviest rains that CA has had in 5 years, we had a roof leak. We didn't know it was a roof leak at first and called a plumber. The plumber told us it was a roof leak so we got a roofer to come do an inspection. As soon as he got up there he took pictures and showed us what was wrong. When the A/C was installed it was never properly sealed to the roof and created a hole where water has been leaking in ever since the install. However, we never noticed until we had all this heavy rain end of 2022/start of 2023. The roofer and Old Republic told us to contact the A/C guys and that's where all the trouble starts. Rafael is the frontman who does all the scheduling and is the number you contact. I called him on a Monday and said he could send a guy out on Thursday at 10. Thursday comes around and Daniel shows up almost at noon. No phone call to let me know he was running late, I ended up calling Rafael around 11 asking when the guy would be here and it honestly sounded like they forgot about my appointment. When Daniel arrives, my roofer came over and showed him the photos. The roofer explained what he saw (that they didn't seal the new unit in properly which caused a leak) and offered to go up on the roof with him to have a look. I also took Daniel inside and showed him the damage the leak had cause to my ceiling. As soon as he saw the photos Daniel took full responsibility of the leak and declined needing to go up on the roof because the photos were enough and began discussing that they could come out the following Tuesday to fix everything. Daniel said he would be in touch with a time. Never heard back from him. On Sunday I call Rafael and ask about a time for Tuesday and again tells me 10 AM. They never showed up and never called. I called them AGAIN and rescheduled for Wednesday where Daniel shows but around 1 PM. He goes up and fixes the hole and seals it up nicely. I had my roofer inspect it and was told he did a pretty decent job. As soon as I ask when they can come in and repair my ceiling where the leak caused bubbling, staining, and cracking Daniel immediately told me that they don't accept responsibility for that and that he is questioning if the leak was their fault. He began rambling about all kinds of water damage up on the roof. Mind you I have photo evidence of the roof and the roof has now been inspected multiple times by my roofer, and there is no water damage. Daniel told me to call Rafael and when I did, Rafael changed his tune as well saying they no longer claim responsibility for any of it, that the roof already has water damage and it wasn't their install that caused the leak, the supposed water damage did. My husband and I began pushing back saying we have photo evidence and that we will get legal involved if we need to. At this point Rafael asked for our HOA's phone number so he could talk to them about the condition of the roof and he never did. He stopped taking our calls. We are in the midst of getting another inspection done and an estimate of the repair costs for our ceiling and will be looking into see if it's worth it to take them to small claims court.

Can't review them on their service but their customer service is horrible. I was referred to them by my home warranty. They never called me, I had to call them to get something scheduled. They scheduled to come out the next day and never showed or called. I would not work with them if they can't even be courteous of people's time.
