We found a leak in our garage underneath a water purifier that I was told was not functioning by another plumber. We needed same day service because my husband found the leak to be getting worse. Mr. Rooter assigned a plumber to come out but he got caught up on another service call, so they assigned Jose R. to come out.
Thank goodness for Jose! He explained that the water purifier was indeed working, that is why we never noticed the very hard water in our area. But it was leaking on the back of the unit, it was made by Kenmore so as you can imagine there are no replacement parts available. We were also informed that the leak could burst at any time. Service was Great!!! Tech arrived within 1 hr of calling for appointment, Luke and his partner came in and got the drain clear quickly. Very Honest fast service. I had another company try to clear the drain prior to Mr. Rooter and all they wanted to do is upsell and charge more money.
Nathan was very helpful he went step by step explaining everything he was doing and showing images everything. I will most definitely call them again for any future work, but hoping i dont have to. I want to thank Nathan for all his hard work and kindness.
