I am truly disappointed by the attitude of the technician. I bought a new screen for my A41 Samsung phone. After 6 weeks the screen popped in my hand. It was not ever dropped. The technicianimplied that I was lying and covered up for his poor installation. When I picked it up after his repair, as he was handing it to me, he had to push down on the corner to reseat it. Obviously he made an error. He refused to replace the screen even though there was a stated 60 day warranty. I will never use this or any other Fin N Cover again. They do shoddy work and do not stand behind there repairs.

this place is very unprofessional for saying i had warranty than once my phone broke THE NEXT DAY i go back and they say they can’t do anything about it. the back broke the day after that and it completely came off it was so badly fixed it looks half done. they wanted to charge me after they clearly didn’t do their job right. do not waste your time or money on this place 160$ down the drain.

Got my screen fixed for 150$ now my front facing camera won’t work I asked them to check maybe the cable is disconnected. They want to charge me 150$ more to fix something they did. And they won’t refund me. Please don’t waste your time, you’re playing Russian roulette.
