OK, I see a lot of bad reviews on here and I’ve left a couple reviews myself, but I will say I have been coming To Dr. Khatibi Since they opened their office in the high desert, he is a wonderful doctor and so are his students. I have never had an issue with them nor have I had an issue with the front staff. People need to understand they have a lot of patience so they have to deal with a lot. I mean They have had patience that were there just for medicine and because of addiction and when these patients don’t get what they want, they argue and fight and take it out on the Receptionist and that’s not right that’s why I say they go through a lot. I had an appt. I now have a new ins.medicare they do not require me to have referrals, but a Dr. Order my medicare carrier DOSE NOT! do referrals & Said you find your own specialist When I called inland pain specialist the recpst said I need a referral. I assured her I did not I needed an order. She said OK please get an order from the doctor saying that I needed to see a pain management specialist that was all she said so I got the order. When I came to my appt head recpst ask if it was for their facility I said I don’t know she said it had to be for the facility. Dr Katibi is nothing short of Awesome!! He is extremely kind, caring and makes you feel as though you are his only patient! Although flooded with many patients, he never forgets to address each and every medical issue during every visit-I highly recommend Dr kakibi, and his staff!
