About Global Pain Care
Global Pain Care is a highly recommended business, known for its professional and friendly staff, including the compassionate Dr. Loomba. Patients are treated like family, and the doctor takes time to listen to concerns. Many patients, including those with hip and back pain, have experienced significant improvements, especially with back and neck injections. One patient mentioned receiving right and left L-3-5 MBRF injections, which helped reduce their pain level substantially, allowing them to enjoy activities like running around with their grandchild. The office staff are kind and professional, making for a positive experience. However, there have been some concerns regarding staff distractions during appointments, which can affect the quality of care. Overall, Global Pain Care remains a top choice for those seeking effective pain management in the area.
I gave the 5 star because overall from beginning of approx 6+ years
ago I've been going to Dr. Loomba for various nerve, hip and back pain. The staff and Dr Loomba has cared for me in a nurturing way treating my chronic pain through medication. Most recently I've been receiving the injections and had to have right and left L-3-5 MBRF. My pain level has reduced substantially and I'm running around with my grandchild. I'm up and down the stairs with much ease😊👍🏽👌
I must say, for me personally, Dr Loomba is the kindest Dr I have seen in a long time as well as ALL the nurses and staff. Dr Loomba took care of all my needs during procedure and made me as comfortable as possible. I went to another PM in Victorville and won't mention names here but it was horrible, nothing like global pain care! I say this place is tops for the high desert and I can't be happier with the service. I don't know why some reviews are low compared to all the other horrible places around the area. All I know is they take good care of me and plan to stay for a long time as I'm disabled and will need my procedures. Thank you Dr and staff!!
The doctor was researching my history mostly during first appointment. About 3/4 through a staff worker comes in and had a long conversation with doctor as he was still looking at my history on screen. Distracting him and using my time, it was very rude. I had to talk over her at the end to say I was leaving. And some questions still not answered.
