I ran out of contacts and my prescription expired two weeks ago. I was desperately looking for an optometrist last minute and couldn't find anything. The receptionist told me they accepted walk ins but it might be a wait so she asked for my phone number and told me she'd give me a call if they had any cancelations. Thankfully there was a cancellation and they were able to see me the same day. The staff and Dr. Situ were super nice! I'll be coming back here for my annual exams in the future
Dr. Situ was attentive, caring, and thorough with my eye exam. She addressed every concern that I had walking into the place. The staff was also incredibly helpful. I would definitely come here again.
They provide fast, exceptional service in a professional setting. Everyone in the office is kind and extremely helpful, and online booking was a breeze. When you leave the office, it takes a second to realize that you just stepped back into Wally World. As long as I live in Apple Valley, I will gladly return to Dr. Jeannie Situ and her staff for all my eyecare needs.
