Our tax situation became less complicated and we went to TurboTax for 3-4 years. When our tax situation became more complicated I was afraid Lori wouldn't take us back. Made an appointment with Lori to have a professional do our taxes this year as we had changes that required more than a simple Turbo Tax session. Lori is very knowledgeable, informative, patient & friendly. She answered any questions we had & explained everything to us so we understood the layout of our taxes.
