We first used Alliance One in 2016. Lori, the tax specialist, was super nice and knowledgable. We kept going to her for the next 3 years. Our tax situation became less complicated and we went to TurboTax for 3-4 years. When our tax situation became more complicated I was afraid Lori wouldn't take us back. Without question, she took us back and was happy to see us! Let me say that she is very professional and easy to understand. She offers other tax advice throughout the year in case you have questions. She takes her time and does the taxes thoroughly, looking for the best avenue to take for filing your taxes. Here's the best part: she is very reasonable in her charges. It's comforting to know you don't have to break the bank to afford to have your taxes done by a professional. I won't be leaving Alliance One again. Honestly, with the tax code changing yearly, I sleep easily knowing that Lori has taken care of us. Made an appointment with Lori to have a professional do our taxes this year as we had changes that required more than a simple Turbo Tax session. Lori is very knowledgeable, informative, patient & friendly. She answered any questions we had & explained everything to us so we understood the layout of our taxes. She made the experience painless & comfortable & I know we will be back to Lori at Alliance One next year & the years to come.
