I called on Saturday to get my AC checked. Michael came on Sunday check my Ac explained to me what was wrong with it and gave me the options and his opinion. we set an appointment for Tuesday or Wednesday. He called me back within 15 minutes or less and told me he got the part and that he can be there to installing it within 20 minutes. I had multiple companies come and give me estimates for a whole new 5 ton air conditioner and furnace system. Robert was able to beat the 2 other estimates i received by alot.
On top of that I was getting more bang for my buck. I had no light in my attic plus a couple other things which they went ahead and put one in for me. Communication was good, the guys were respectful, and everything was finished on schedule. All trash and old system was picked up and hauled away prior to them leaving.
