Quality company! Will not ever use anyone else. I called, he answered phone each time I called. (Even initial call during 115 degree heat wave and he was extremely busy.) He arranged an inspection that evening. Showed up as promised. Diagnosed what was wrong. Replaced my 27 year old unit within 36 hours and have been cool and happy since. "Thank you, Air Repair!"
Today it was another scorcher in the high desert. I live in San Jacinto. My tenants in Victorville called and said the air conditioner wasn't working. I googled air conditioning repair and Air Repair was the first company that popped up. I called and I actually got a live, polite person. He understood my dilemma and said he could get out to the house between 1-4. The service call fee is very reasonable and is waived if they do the repair. They showed up around 2 pm and let me know immediately what the problem was. Since this was an unexpected cost, I really appreciate them working with me when I told them I was a little short. They did the job pretty fast. Warranty their work for a year. Took my payment over the phone and promptly sent a receipt via email. I now have a new air conditioning repair company.
