If I could give more stars I would. As a broker, my client's satisfaction comes first. I will not work with anyone who I feel gives less than excellent service. Jim explains the process to our clients, and always makes time to answer their questions. He's done all of my termite inspections for the last 5 years and I can't say enough good about him.

Jim is amazing! My only go to for termite inspections as a Realtor. He is above par and because he dosent do repairs, you know there is never a conflict of interest trying to make more money off of buyers and sellers like others. I highly recommend him to all of my clients and other Realtors!!!
