He was very knowledgeable with the products and informative of what options we might consider for future protection of our unit! Our AC system went out on July 4th—during the peak of the holiday heat—and Ace Home Heating & AC came through when we really needed help. Michael, our technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. After another company gave us a steep quote for a major repair, Michael took the time to properly diagnose the issue and determined it was actually a faulty transformer. He fixed it on the spot for a fraction of the cost.
