Hired Volture and they seemed professional at first. Then they showed up 5 hours late. I was not happy but just wanted the move done. The owner drove to the new place and damaged the building by hitting it with his truck. He informed me he would take care of the liability for it but then he disappeared. Now I am stuck with an angry neighbor and HOA threatening legal action and having to file with my insurance for an accident I did not cause. Worst company ever.Update: 9/1/23 - My HOA charged me the deductible for their insurance which was $10,000. The moving day went completely wrong. I ended up not being able to use the movers. I was assured I would get my refund back. I h@ve NEVER received it. They blocked my number and would not talk to me. I am a senior and live on a very limited budget and this was a huge splurge for me!!! Had scheduled this for June 11 2022. I called several times also different phone numbers. It either wouldn’t ring through or no one returns my calls. I originally talked to Joshua.Beware of using them!!!!!

Absolutely ripped me off. I am a single mom and thought I could use some help moving 7 miles . I had everything in my house ready and waiting for them in my garage , all ready !!!! except for one piece of furniture upstairs ( that my husband and I moved in on our own ) ...They told me around 600 dollars. I had told him around what I could afford and made it so simple . They brought a giant truck , and spent the next eight hours ripping me off. EIGHT HOURS .... three workmen... my stuff took not even one fourth of their truck's space. Many times when I went to check , one would be moving stuff and the other two would be on their phones. They damaged my old home and my new apartment, broke things, broke my son's new computer and CHARGED ME 2000!!!!!!!!! ( I had specified that the computer was sooo important to keep safe ) I was fully ripped off and they have avoided me for months, I have tried to call to be refunded and NOPE, no return call. One email in the beginning that said "send pics of damage" and I did and radio silence. I will be taking them to court , this is so not ok. The workman were nice . It pains me to review business like this. I cant believe they took such advantage of me during a terrible transition time in my life. I have been recovering from surgeries so I have not taken action yet but I absolutely need to . They need to refund me at least 1000 dollars. The price was insane. They dragged it out and I am heartbroken over their shady business tactics. I am a business owner and I could never do this to people. Shape up or ship out, the good people of this county should never have to deal with this BS when this service was meant to alleviate stress for folks .
