Was recently here in need of care. Spent nearly 3 hours here being cared for. Love love love the staff. Especially the Medical Assistant, Julie. Julie was incredible. She was kind and caring, sweet and patient. She made me feel safe and supported.

The staff were nice and professional, but the wait time is ridiculous. I watched as another client was told that they could go home and that they would be called once their appointment was ready and they could go right in after I've been waiting over an hour, and then when it was my turn, they wanted me to wait more inside the internal waiting room. When I called back to reschedule the appointment because I had to leave, they told me that it was first come first serve regardless of an appointment. I probably should've read other reviews before coming, but I came ahead anyways. There is review after review of the looooooooong wait times... and they are 100% correct. I had an appointment at 12:20pm and arrived/checked in at 12:07pm. The office staff was kind and very pleasant. They let me know it'd be about 40 minutes until I would be seen. I was just about to leave and they called me back at 1:53pm . My nurse "Julie" was nice and let me know there was still 3 patients ahead of me. I waited to be seen by the doctor for an additional 35 minutes. Decent care once I was seen, all in all.
