If anyone wants to build an adu, you have to hire people who know how to execute and get the job done right. One of the most important things is that the contractor knows the laws that help get permits efficiently. Juan showed that he was knowledgeable when he helped me deal with a water department that was not up to date with the most recent adu laws dealing with water lines and connections! We hired Maria and Jaun early 2022 to complete the design and pull the correct permits to convert a 2 car garage into a 1bed/1bath ADU on the westside of Ventura. The are extremely knowledgeable about the process and how to navigate it. Dealing with the City isn't easy but they successfully did the job.
