They shrank 3 "dry clean only" curtains by 5" each because they (the Unique professional dry cleaners) washed it. Genius. Their resolution: to bring in the 4th curtain, wash it (shrink it) and then re-hem all of them so they match. Don't take anything there that you actually care about.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Took in 3 "dry clean only" curtains and they washed them and caused them to shrink by around 4" and now they're unusable. Their solution (no joke) was to bring in the 4th curtain, let them wash and ruin that one as well and then adjust the hem on all 4 so they match. Take your stuff somewhere else - anywhere else - if you actually care about it!

The worst place!!!If u have a different option please take it!!!!They got the clothes on time but their work is horrible!!!I think my shirts were more clean before I left them at this place!!! HORRIBLE
