Horrible experience! If I could give a 0 I would. Mark Sauer was completely unprofessional in my dealings with him and I highly recommend finding a different CPA for your needs. As a new customer, I made an appointment to come meet Mark to decide if we would use him moving forward. I was not told there would be a fee for this meeting ($250), which would have been nice to know prior. Once it came to tax time I used him since I had provided all of our information already and felt it should have been easier since he knew everything.
