This is not a nail salon, they do not provide standard nail services. they’ve destroyed my nails and had the most make shift set up I’ve ever seen, I should have left when they pull out filthy tools with nail clippings in it or the target portable home grade pedicure water machine but I didn’t because I’m not good with confrontation. They drilled my nails so thin it will take months to recover and the set was so horrible when I pointed out the nails were crooked and misshaped they said I still had to pay full price no matter what the nails looked like because they spent their time on it and it didn’t matter. Why they advertise themselves as a nail salon is beyond...read full review
I paid for a haircut and pedicure. Worst haircut ever and worst pedicure ever. The haircut took less than a minute and it was a hack job by Rosie. Then she changed the price on me, first it was $18 then she changed to $20. The pedicure was done from a vibrating tub you bring from home and all the tools she used did not look sanitary. No massage chair with a proper foot tub that has hot water. Instead you sit in a plastic lawn chair with the cheap foot tub that vibrates. then she brought out the nail polish. I asked for gel and she said she could do gel. Then she switched up and said I actually don't have gel polish but I have polish that looks like gel. I said no I want gel just like you said you would do. so she brought out a variety of six colors that are actually gel, yes six in total. Thats it. I picked the least ugly color. then she paints my nails extremely lumpy and does not go over the top of each nail with color, so it looks like a three-year-old painted my nails. then she had this cheap old curing machine that she couldn't figure out how to use. then when she finally figured it out she pressed the button to cure a few times and then had me press the button for her for the duration of the pedicure. She charged me $30 for the pedicure. I can tell she doesn't get much business at all and I feel sorry for both of them. She needs her license revoked.
I will be honest, the first time I visited this place was to know what services they offer. So they did my nails and the result of them were not the best but not the worst. They do not have the UV light lamp so I ruined my nails when I took off. The nails fall off within a week so for me that was ok, I had my reasons why I needed fake nails for brief time. They charge cheap; for what it is giving, it is receiving. On the other hand, the lady did my eyebrows and they look amazing. This is an elderly friendly couple and they try their best, they work hard. Besides, this a peaceful atmosphere.
