I found Dr Bob by accident by an online search for an acupuncturist. I suffer from migraines and had an ongoing headache since October of 2018. Yes, you read that right.... since October 2018 a migraine started and I have found no relief. I've had an MRI, botox and every migraine medication on the market. I knew nothing about the Makenzie Theory but my instinct told me I needed to meet Dr Bob. I went in skeptical because at this point nothing has helped/worked for me. Best chiropractor I've ever seen! ... and I've seen a ton. Completely fixed my neck and lower back injury. I had been having pain in my lumbar spine since my pregnancies and neck issues since a car accident 10+ years ago. I figured it was a pain I would just have to live with. Less than 24 hours after seeing him and I'm pain free! He does something called the Mackenzie meathod where he prescribes an exercise so you can put yourself back into alignment.
