“Eric and his team relined a long section of iron pipe under my slab foundation and relined the sewer lateral. Communication was excellent, and the work was completed on schedule even though some obstacles were encountered due to the builder's decision to entomb some of the sewer pipe in concrete. This necessitated a small cut into the slab. I was concerned about the visual effect with a polished / stained concrete finished floor, but Eric did a great job matching the color. You can tell Eric takes pride in customer service and delivering a good result.“
“The entire team was amazing! We had a gas leak in our garage and on Labor Day of all days. John and Alex came out immediately, even on a holiday, to help diagnose the problem. Then immediately came back the next day to get the job done. They refused to leave until they knew for sure it was fixed. Our gas has been turned back on now and it's all thanks to the team. True life savers!!“

“Call me paranoid, but there is a certain level of intimidation and pessimism I have when contacting a plumber because I know my ignorance about everything related to plumbing could cost me thousands or tens of thousands of dollars for something that might be easily fixable for just a few dollars. How would I know? Well, now I don't worry as much about that because I've found Jorge. I recently had some issues related to water pressure in my shower, and thought for sure it was a water leak based on everything I read online. I could see little signs of leaking here and there, and was preparing for a big bill. Jorge came over and looked at everything, and suggested that I change out my shower head before he did any work. Sure enough, there was a small piece of plastic that had become stuck in the inlet. So I didn't even have to replace the shower head. I even got street cred with my wife for my killer plumbing skills. I usually only write great Yelp reviews for places that give me terrific service as a customer, but in this case, it's because of the integrity of a plumber telling me NOT to be a customer - at least, not yet - that caused me to write this review. Thank you, Jorge! I can't say I'm looking forward to my next plumbing issue. But, at least, I dread it less because I know who to call.“

So knowledgable and patient with us. They laid out all the options so clearly, without any pressure or attempt to upsell, while educating us as first time pool owners about what needed to be done. And their team who actually came to do the work was equally great. When we discovered there was something we overlooked (fixtures), they generously sent one of their employees (Jose, who was great) to make the adjustment without charging us. “I called yesterday to set up an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. They had an opening for today, the very next day and that was great. She gave me the window of time for the appointment and then followed up today to let me know when the tech would arrive. Paulino showed up well within the time frame and he was knowledgeable and professional. Because I was interested in what he was doing (fixing our soft water system and changing filters on our RO system) he patiently answered my questions and kept me updated on what he was doing. He figured out why the RO system wasn't working and cleaned out the meter so it was functional again. He left the area cleaner than it was and was professional and courteous the entire time. I don't often leave reviews but when a company provides excellent service like this I feel my part is to let them know it. Thank you Rayne and Paulino.“
