I have being in the sports industry for over 30 yrs. And I have to say that I never felt so welcome in a new place like I felt at PC. From the staff till the training partners, they do their best to push you to be the best version of yourself! Doesn’t matter if you are a ex pro athlete like me or just want to get in shape. They will make you happily sweat ?
PC really does have an amazing culture! Enel and Sean were both very welcoming when I first signed up. I've met a lot of great people that really makes coming to the gym fun! From fitness to social events, this gym is awesome.
Pick heavy up, put heavy down. Suddenly I’m a fan!! Persistence has been exactly the coaching I need in my day to day. Beyond day to day consistency, the coaches keep me coming back month after month which I know will translate into great health and fitness for life. Thanks guys.
