“Dr. Algee at De-Stress chiropractic is the best chiropractor I've ever gone to! He is thoughtful, and extremely skilled, and won't give up until he's relieved your discomfort. I've gone to other chiropractors who refused to lay hands on me during our first appointment, or only tried one or two adjustments and argued with me when I complained that I was still in discomfort. In contrast, Dr. Algee had me walking out of his office normally on my very first appointment after being in extreme pain when I walked in -- and he tried multiple adjustments, testing how I was feeling and walking after each one. “It was a relaxing and serene massage/facial. Imme was very friendly when I first checked in and she asked a few questions about preferences and focus areas for my massage and my routines for my face care. This made it more personalized, which was nice.

The massage was great—I wanted one specifically to just relax. I told her about the majority of my pain, where she focused more on, but didn’t try to aggressively wring the knots out.

As for the facial, I drifted off a little, just because it was relaxing—it wasn’t a full on deep cleanse since I had booked the combo, but it was a good reset for my face after weeks of travel.

“They offer such a holistic quality of care here! Massage and other therapies and modalities are incorporated into the chiropractic practice. It's not just in -and -out without addressing underlying issues like muscle tension or vitamin deficiency! The first time here I had a difficult experience but to no fault but my own as I was on a time constraint and therefore they couldn't offer the full experience of their holistic care to me. I just went in again today ( after few years hiatus ) in severe pain and was again super impressed. I won't go to another chiropractor clinic again but this one. “I was initially scared to get a lymphatic massage after my mommy makeover surgery since I was in so much pain so my expectation was for the massage to be painful. As soon as Alex put his hands on me, I felt a sense of relief. He used breathing techniques and explained what he was doing throughout the massage.
