Kelsey is an excellent permanent make -up artist! I was honestly hesitant and scared to get my brows done! Kelsey put me at ease quite quickly. She has a very calming and friendly personality. She took her time making sure I was comfortable and happy with the design I asked her to come up with. I love my new brows, they are just perfect! 5 months later...still perfect!
