I purchased a home and immediately had a problem with drainage from the kitchen and laundry area in the garage. Since Jerry Rous had installed a new lateral line during escrow and I had his number in the receipt , I called him out.He took care of the problem in a very short period of time. Reasonable cost. Down to earth good Plumber. He even recommended several other reasonable plumbers to hire to do things that he no longer handles. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any plumbing issue.
We had a number of issues and Jerry came quickly and solved them all. With a great price. The main one was a water leak that was costing me $200/mo that I just could not find. Ventura water has this great app that tells you how much water is used every hour. Check it out. 1hcf = 748galwater.cityofventura.net/…Mine was showing 0.03hcf (22 gal) every hour even when we were sleeping. I spent weeks trying to figure it out. Turned off all the toilets. Looked or water everywhere. Nothing. Jerry figured it out. I have a duplex and there are 2 meters. I assumed one meter for each unit. But jerry explained one was for both units and the other for the fire sprinklers. Our renters had a toilet leak.See below before/after leak fixed.Thanks Jerry
