my body was not so good. disc issues, scoliosis and othe raging issues. Ayn created exercises with the pilates equipment AND an at home "set of tools" . Her experience has aided and IMPROVED my quality of life. I had so many parts of life unavailable and now after only 2 months immediate changes to a more mobile lifestyle. I highly recommend Inner Souls time Wellness if you want to change your story from can't do to YES I CAN DO.
Ayn was amazing and very knowledgeable. I’ve done Pilates before and the sessions I had with Ayn were great and a good challenge. Very attentive to your specific needs and capabilities. Really enjoyed the class and felt everything we did was very intentional. Highly recommend!
Ayn is an amazing teacher and practitioner. When I first started to coming to Ayn I was struggling with some lower back pain, incorrect posture, inflexibility, and muscle imbalances. Ayn has helped me correct those things, taught me so much about body awareness, and helped me become better at my craft (dancing). She has years of knowledge in so many areas that make her an all encompassing holistic teacher. Going to her is great for the mind, body, and spirit. Her space is comfortable and peaceful, I always leave feeling refreshed. I've developed an at home routine from Ayn's teachings and all the myofascial tools I've gotten from her.
