It is not an exaggeration to say that Ayn Devera has changed my life! She has taught me to think differently about my body . She is wise, kind and loving plus extremely knowledgeable about the human body and how it operates. Ayn has given me life hacks for my body and weekly reminds me of important avenues of thought that keep me emotionally healthy and happy. Now that I have found Inner Soulstace, I hope to continue to go there, grow and improve for the rest of my life!

I was in the area and decided to check inner solstice out. What an amazing place! Felt peaceful and inviting as soon as I walked in the door. The reiki drumming meditation class really healed my soul and was so amazing! Can't remember the name of the woman who led it but she was incredible! Ayn is so sweet and welcoming, I felt right at home immediately. Such a great spot. Wish I lived closer!
