Jeremiah was fantastic. Arrived on time. Did a thorough inspection, went over and above searching for entry places for rats into my property. Once he found them, successfully closed them up, placed and baited traps and caught the culprit. No more rats. He did what several other exterminators couldn't do. I will definitely use Hydrex again.
