I had the most AMAZING experience at Haven today, and I just had to share! I booked a 2-hour session with Emily, and let me tell you, she is hands down one of the best massage therapists I've ever had.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and serene. Emily took the time to listen to my concerns and really understood exactly where I was holding tension. She concentrated on all my troubled spots with the perfect pressure. By the end of the session, I felt like a brand-new person!

I had one of the best massages of my life at Haven Massage in Ventura. I’m super picky about massage, and there are only a few people in town I trust. But when I heard what Emily was doing at Haven with CBD, gua sha, and cupping, I had to check it out—and I’m so glad I did.
The experience was next level. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and upper back (don’t we all?), and Emily truly helped me release deep knots and reset my nervous system. The combination of topical CBD, sublingual CBD drops, gua sha, and cupping elevated the whole session—it wasn’t just a massage, it was a full-body recovery experience.
Haven Spa VTA is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I went here for a couples massage and it was so relaxing and rejuvenating! We loved every moment and were so thankful for the professionalism and generosity of the therapists. I can't wait to go back and have shared with all my family to go here!
