I first went to Dr. Mortensen's after a nasty car accident. Not only were they knowledgeable about how the insurance companies work, but they also offered several reputable lawyer options in case I didn't want to deal with the insurance companies myself. Dr. Mortensen was able to fix me up back to where I was in a matter of months! I have always been skeptical of chiropractic care as I was always told that if they did the wrong thing, they'd mess you up for life. So, with that said, when I was recently in another major accident, I came back and have almost finished my treatment and am almost 100% again. Dr. Mortensen has gone above and beyond by not only treating me for the accident but also my migraines. The frequency and intensity have diminished so much that I will now be a patient for life! Now, normally, when you get medical care, the front office can be rude and make you wait sometimes hours to be seen. When I walk in, I am kindly greeted and asked how I am and have developed a relationship with the staff. Yesena is amazing! Before I can sit down from a short conversation, she is already sending me back for treatment. Where I have waited a maximum of 5 minutes before I was treated. So if you are looking for a kind, efficient place who cares about your health, this is the place to go!!!
