Grassroots Yoga is a welcoming space for yogis of all levels and backgrounds. The teaching team offers a wide variety of classes, from traditional to contemporary approaches, and styles that range from gentle and meditative to high-intensity and athletic. Infrared-heated classes are available, as well as unheated options labeled "no heat" on the schedule. The studio is known for its friendly community and excellent teachers who create a safe and comfortable environment for students.
