I had a great experience with Jenelle. Super sweet, so helpful and made the process of my tax return seamless. I highly recommend her. However her other coworkers, Im not so sure. I do not know who I have been speaking with prior on phone but they seemed irritated that I’d call to inquire about something. Which is disappointing as I thought I found the perfect place to go to for my taxes every year. Makes me rethink whether to go again next year because as a customer i don’t want to feel that I'm an inconvenience to them if I need to call them.
