East Ventura Animal Hospital: Fowell J Elaine DVM

Rude, unorganized, completely disconnected bedside manner , you wait forever on hold for a response and they don't come back in a timely manner, they say they are so busy they don't have time to answer the phone with out have long holds or have room for appointments for a month in advance. I guess that's their good problem...but for me it is not. Also, when you're at their office you wait in a parking lot, they take your pet and you never actually see the doctor and the staff are not really personable ,and they're confused and unorganized. All of the staff is very friendly and are very polite.

I have been going to the East Ventura Animal Hospital for 15+ years and I can truly say all the doctors are caring and very good. Dr. Fowell has been my vet for many of those 15 years and I have been very impressed with her caring and diagnostic abilities. With that said, all the doctors and staff make me feel my pet is part of their extended family and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
