I made an appointment and the owner showed up on time, used blankets in strategic areas to prevent any water in unwanted areas and plastic guards on the stairs and efficiently went to work. The carpets looked great, all the stains gone. I decided I didn’t need new carpets. I was very pleased with the outcome. The owner was pleasant and professional.
