Everyone here is utterly compassionate and caring. They get my dogs' psychologies and approach them accordingly - taking extra time with my skittish pup and offering lots of treats to my food-motivated one. Dr. Krantz is wonderful - totally in tune with my animals and always willing to take the time to follow-up with phone calls and referrals when needed. I'm very grateful for the care we receive here.

They were able to make room for our dog, saw her quickly and gave quick relief options, only selling us things that were needed! The facilities are nice, and our dog is a happy puppy!
