After a negative experience at another med spa – I decided to reach out to Bloom Med based on all the good things I heard about. I came in for a consultation and walked in with many questions about some of the services there. I met with Erin, the PA there. She was attentive and kind as I told her about a previous service that I had received from another med spa. I explained that I had two injections of Radiesse – placed for my jowl’s lines. Within a month, the lines came back, after I had invested over $1000. She shared with me that having these placed on that area of the face would not solve the problem. The previous doctor was supposed to add to the upper part of my face, which he actually had said to me but was redirected by his wife to give me what I wanted. What I appreciate about Erin is she really takes the time to educate you and share how these products work and take effect. I felt an immediate sense of calm because I did not want the doctor to add a filler to a certain part of my face – just because I requested it.
