I hired Vulin construction to replace my roof. They did an excellent job! My roof was in really bad shape and they pushed to get my permit quickly to avoid an upcoming storm. They also repaired the damage to the ceiling in my master bedroom. Elder and his team who did the work, were top notch, worked quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. Michael Miller who oversaw the project went above and beyond to get this job done before more damage occurred.I highly recommend and will call them for all home repairs and an upcoming remodel.

After an extensive investigation by CSLB, Vulin Construction has been cited for substandard work and financial violations, and their CSLB license has expired so he cannot lawfully contract at this time. Steven Vulin caused irreparable harm to our property, our finances, and our relationship with our neighbors. He and his partner Michael Miller gaslighted us through the entire process, until we finally kicked them off the property and filed with CSLB. Avoid.
