Amazing service! With new location! I'm actually following this guys! It's only 5 min away from old location, I just love their customer service super friendly; and dry cleaning is phenomenal, ? you've got something strained? Brig it to this guys they'll remove it for sure!

I've given this place several chances because I like to keep it local, but each time I've been completely let down. First time was my duvet cover which had a few stains - it was pricey and it didn't even look like they attempted to get the stains out. They marked the stains with tape, but the tape was in completely different places once I got it back. Probably because they forgot about the stains and just threw it in the wash. Second time, I had a rip in the armpits of my shirt. I went back, paid for it and then saw there was no attempt to fix the holes. They didn't refund me, but they did take two more days to fix Third time, I brought my white bodysuit with black stains in. All they did was dry clean and press the stains further into the bodysuit. I'm so upset because it was expensive and now I have to bring it to a more reputable dry cleaner to attempt to remove what they have further destroyed. These were easy stains and repairs to fix. This is what they get paid for, and each time they ripped me off. Thankfully, they returned the bodysuit without payment, which is why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1. I'm usually not a Yelper, but please, do yourself a favor and find another dry cleaner

OMGoodness, what a great place. Unpacking my favorite linen jacket I found a big wine smear on the sleeve and I needed the jacket for an important meeting the next day. Easy. They took care of the stain and delivered the pressed jacket on time. And they only charged $7, easily a $30 job at other places. Venice Beach Cleaners stand out as competent, efficient and organized. Imagine, on a lazy beach front street in Venice. Just how life should be.
