You may wait awhile on the phone to get an appointment, but it's worth the wait because their care from the moment you walk inside is the best. The nurses and doctors give care with love like you're their relative. I admire them because they help everyone, no matter their social status and do it with love. Dr. Chung is the best. I would like to give them 10 stars.“

“It is rare these day to have contact with truly caring medical professionals. Mihae Kim is one of those people. Her input and advice was very helpful in an extremely difficult situation. I cannot thank her enough for helping my husband and helping to guide me through everything. I also want to praise Dr. Scott Kaiser for essentially doing the same as Mihae Kim with regard to my husband's care and needs. “The service at this Kaiser is absolutely phenomenal. My appointment was at 7:40am on a Wednesday. I show up bright and early and get all checked in, and then welcomed by nurse Leslie, full of energy ready for the day. It actually felt like I started my Wednesday in the best possible way. Exactly what I needed to brighten up my day :) Dr Millay was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the labs I need. Very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Got my labs done after the appointment and everything was very smooth and easy, everyone guided me in the right direction and it was a quick and hiccup free appointment. I actually was getting my vitamin injections from a place a few doors down at a med spa, but they always had the snootiest/Hollywood attitudes. I used to feel bed for paying them. One day, while they were having me wait for an undisclosed amount of time, with zerp empathy per usual, LOL, I went for a walk, and passed Cryo Healthcare. I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! When I went inside, not only were their prices better, but their attitudes were waaaay better. So glad I discovered they're doing these shots. I'm so happy with my experience whenever I visit!“

“This review is long overdue as I wanted to let the dust settle after my INCREDIBLE past life regression with Amanda. I'm not even being hyperbolic or dramatic when I say that my life has been forever changed by this experience. First of all, it's not what you expect based on movies and TV shows. Even knowing that, I was surprised how different it would feel. And even the healthy skeptical part of me wasn't entirely sure if it was real; but some moments I could not deny were very much REAL no matter how skeptical I can be. One of the women is super sensitive to the mention of COVID. So just to be sure I wanted to get tested. The woman at the front with the blond hair was so nice to me. She could see I was not at my best and made feel feel comfortable and calm. She was professional and seemed very organized. “Dr. Monika and her nurse Kenneth were very kind, patient, and focused towards me. Kenneth Was very affirming and helpful. He helped me to understand the process of my exam and administrated my vaccines with ease and confidence, which made the experience go well. Dr. Monika took the time to listen to and answer “all” of my questions; I did not feel rushed, although I got to my appointment very late. She went above and beyond when she risked ordering a blood type lab at my request (knowing that she may take flack for it), but because I wanted to know, she did it. I also got a Shingles and tetanus vaccine, all with one request. When I went to get my lab test done. A young man at the lab office was so welcoming and encouraging. I was blown away by the joy he expressed towards every person whose name he was calling in for their lab work. The person who took my blood was also kind; it was like I was at a family of reunion and I was the guest of honor. I was not surprised when I saw the photo, near the elevator, of the physician in charge. The handsome man in the bowtie has been my personal friend for several years, Dr. Eric. Then my good first visit experience at Dr. M.L. King center all made sense to me because everyone reflected the loving family physician patients focused care of Dr. Eric Emel. I guess it’s true everything rises and falls on good leadership.“
