The technician arrived on time (a little bit early), which was great I didn't have to wait. He provided me with an explanation for the reason my washing machine was having a problem and what the estimate cost would be. The time to repair was short, he had the needed part in his vehicle. He provided proof of what he said was wrong . Very efficient .
