I really appreciate the time to pick up 12 big boxes of clothes and small appliances. It took a while to find the pick up spot because its located at the back but the driver is kind enough to drive around to pick up the boxes. Thank you!

Pickup Please seems to be one of those services people either love or hate - reviews tend to be 5 stars or 1 star. I’m happy to say our experience has been firmly in the 5-star camp.

We’ve been using Pickup Please since November 2022 and have completed 17 pickups so far without a single issue. Each time, we bag or box everything, label it clearly with “VVA Pickup,” and tape a copy of the email confirmation to one of the boxes.

Communication has been solid. I receive multiple email and text reminders, and more recently, they’ve started providing a two-hour pickup window on the day of service, which is genuinely helpful. We’re usually early on...read full review

I have made numerous donations to VVA and they have been excellent. You need to label each item VVA Pickup and place a copy of the order confirmation with the items. I have had no problems.
